No Returns on Perishables

Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we take product quality very seriously and will absolutely make things right if something is not up to our standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a store credit, refund, or replacement depending on your preference. Photos of the issue are required and can be emailed to lindsey@sycamorevalleyfarms.com..

How to Report an Issue

To report a problem with your order, please have the following ready:

  • Your name and order number or the email address associated with your purchase

  • The name of the product with the issue

  • A brief description of what happened

  • A photo if the item is visibly damaged or spoiled

  • How you would like to resolve it: store credit, refund, or replacement
