We are so excited to share that we now offer raw dairy products from Wil-O-Knoll Dairy and Sweet Grass Dairy in our farm store, The Fold & Flock Farm Shop 🥛 For years, we’ve been asked if we would ever be able to sell raw milk on our farm. After extensive searching, we are confident we’ve partnered with two exceptional local dairies producing some of the highest-quality raw milk in our area, and we’re proud to make their products available in our shop. 👏

Raw dairy is valued by many for its natural nutrient profile, including enzymes and beneficial bacteria that may be reduced during pasteurization. Raw milk contains essential vitamins such as A, D, and K2, along with minerals like calcium and magnesium that support bone health and overall vitality. Its naturally occurring bacteria may support gut health and digestion, and the presence of active enzymes can make it easier for some people to digest, particularly those with lactose sensitivities. In accordance with Ohio law, raw milk is sold at our farm store as pet food only and is not labeled for human consumption. While many people seek out raw dairy for personal use, Ohio regulations require that unpasteurized milk be marketed in this way to ensure proper oversight and consumer awareness.
