Sycamore Valley does an amazing job of raising forested hogs and are ethical breeders of heritage breeds. The flavor that goes into their brats are absolutely DELICIOUS!

Always delicious and so wonderful to know that they are made from ethically farmed and sourced hogs. I love that it is local for my family but could also be shipped if needed!
