We are changing the way we do our 1/4 beef shares this year to align with how we do our whole and half pork shares. You will receive a set amount amount of our grass fed and finished Highland Beef (80 lbs) and will receive a specific amount of each cut listed below. As with all of our beef shares you save a significant amount of money purchasing our grass fed and finished Highland Beef in bulk.
Purchasing a quarter of a beef is a good option if you have limited freezer space or it is your first time purchasing beef wholesale. Our 1/4 Beef Share is recommended for families of 3-4 and will take up half of a small chest freezer or 25% of small upright freezer.
